Mirë se erdhët1. Who we are. mireseerdhet.com ("Mirë se erdhët", "we") is run by Bati Rexha, Florida, USA. Contact: hello@mireseerdhet.com. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using the site. You can read and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't scrape the site in bulk, try to break its security, post anything illegal, or pretend to be someone else.
3. Information, not advice. Our guides are written carefully but things change: border rules, prices, opening hours, roads and laws. Everything here is general information, not legal, immigration, tax, medical or financial advice. Always check with the official source (embassy, border police, airline, rental company) before you travel or decide anything. Our Claims page explains how we check facts.
4. Paid links and sponsors. Some links are paid links: if you book or buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content is always labelled "Sponsored". Partners don't control what we write. Your booking is a contract between you and that company (for example Expedia, DiscoverCars or GetYourGuide), not us, and their terms apply. See our Disclosure.
5. Accounts. The hire board uses an account (you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email). Keep access to your email safe and tell us if someone else uses your account. You must be at least 16 to create an account, and 18 to host, meet people or post jobs.
6. What you post. You keep ownership of the photos, profiles, résumés and job posts you send us. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, show, resize and share them on the site and on our social channels, with credit where you asked for it, for as long as they stay up. You can ask us to remove them at any time and we'll do it within a reasonable time (usually 7 days); copies already shared by others may stay. You promise you own or have permission for what you post, and that people shown in your photos agreed. We may refuse or remove anything that breaks these Terms.
7. Meet a local. We review hosts before listing them, but we can't guarantee anyone's behaviour. Meet in public places first, tell a friend where you're going, and use your own judgement. Meetings are between you and the host. We aren't a party to them and aren't responsible for what happens, except where the law says we can't exclude that. Report any problem to meet@mireseerdhet.com and we'll act on it.
8. Hire board. Employers must post real jobs, describe pay and location honestly, and follow the law where they hire. Job posts may not prefer or exclude anyone because of national origin, ethnicity, religion, race, sex, age, disability or other protected traits. Posts may ask for genuine job requirements such as language skills or a work location. We don't employ, recommend or vouch for anyone who posts or applies, and we're not an employment agency. Check people and offers yourself. Report problems to hire@mireseerdhet.com.
9. Our content. Our text, design and logo belong to us. Photos belong to their creators and are used under licence or with permission (see Credits). Please ask before reusing our content beyond a short quote with a link.
10. Other websites. We link to other sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, prices or privacy practices.
11. Copyright complaints (takedown). If you think something on the site infringes your copyright, send our designated agent: (a) your signature, (b) what work is infringed, (c) where it is on our site (URL), (d) your contact details, (e) a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorised to act. We may remove repeat infringers' content and accounts.
12. No guarantees. We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
13. Limits on our responsibility. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for losses caused by third parties (bookings, hosts, employers, applicants). If we are liable, our total liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
14. Law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Please contact us first; most problems get solved quickly that way. If not, the courts of Lake County, Florida have jurisdiction, but if you're a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
15. Changes. We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for big changes, show a notice on the site. Changes don't apply to anything that happened before them.
16. Language. These Terms are in English and Albanian. If they differ, the English version controls.
